Arteta keen to complete permanent Arsenal deal for Ceballos

I don’t think he’s in reals plans at all. If we with our poor midfield are unsure if he’s worth buying he’s definitely not good enough for Madrid.

If real will give us another season loan with an option or a reasonable obligation for next summer I’d take that. I doubt they want to loan him again though. Surely they’ll want to sell him and recoup some money.

Still, Guendouzi appears to be a lock to be sold. Torriera I’d also say looks likely to go. If we sell both of them and buy Partey, I think we’ll still need another midfielder. We’d probably be better off with a dani ceballos that’s been here for a year than bringing someone new in.
