As things stand Arsenal will have to name a 23-man (or smaller) Premier League squad due to only having six homegrown senior players. Currently one non-homegrown player over the limit. 6 homegrown senior players are Bellerin, Chambers, Holding, Macey, Maitland-Niles and Iliev. : Gunners

Saliba is 19 if I recall correctly. I’m not sure if he is eligible. He would have had to have been 17.99 years of age or younger. I’m not sure of his age on arrival.

Saka will be eligible, he has been with us since 2018 and he is currently 19. So he should be eligible next year.

Martinelli is similar to Saliba in that he is 19 and I’m not sure of his exact age when he joined.
