I’m curious as to when his last test was taken. Good chance he might have been unknowingly positive around his fellow teammates.

Normally wouldn’t be a direct concern for Arsenal if we were only playing them yesterday, but now there’s a decent chance one of his teammates has the virus, tests negative before they develop antibodies, but is positive by the time we play them again on Thursday.

Depends a lot on stuff we don’t know (like the testing schedule) but I’d be interested to find out.
