Even the best players have to resort to tactical fouls to stop Smith Rowe in full flight : Gunners

I think Smith Rowe is going to be pretty important for us next season. He’s had a pretty successful loan spell so far, and I think he’ll be ready for a Joe Willock type role next season, maybe even some more minutes.

Also, absolute props to Huddersfield who is handling him beautifully. This is how loans should go. They’re not over-playing or over-reliant on him, and managing his time really well, despite being one of, if not their best attacking asset. Really great to see. Should definitely do future loan business with them.

Excited to see what Smith Rowe is capable of. Before Saka’s emergence, he was the academy product I was most excited about.
