Context:

There seemed to be a discussion trending on Twitter about whether Arsenal were justified in spending €25M on an attacking midfielder (in relation to recent news reports about Kokcu signing for Arsenal).

Kokcu’s agent posted this, and this.

These tweets don’t definitively link Arsenal to Kokcu but in my interpretation, do give solid legitimacy to the Kokcu rumours. Whether it is smoke without fire, it remains to be seen.
