It really doesn’t look like Arteta is a fan of progressive/attacking full backs. When we played a 4-2-3-1 we had one who bombed forward and the other tucked into midfield, when we played a 4-3-3, one of them was more defensive and the other tucked into midfield and even now in a 3-4-3, our wingbacks don’t really attack and most of the runs they make are inverted and never to put a cross in.
