The club as a whole has needed a cultural rebuild for quite a number of years now, a few of which Arteta was our captain for.

I do wonder what his thoughts were as an aspiring coach during some of the more questionable periods under Wenger. Our results against top teams going back nearly a decade now show that there’s a mentality issue that is almost rooted in the club.

We’re almost conditioned at this point to celebrate every single win against a “Top 6” as if it’s a giant killing/huge moment, when to actually get back to the top, beating the likes of United, Chelsea, Tottenham, City and Liverpool should just be seen as another regular result.
