I think we might need a new CB along with Saliba. Luiz, Sokratis, Mustafi are all on their final years, Chambers, Mari and Holding are bench quality at best. My dream would be Upamecano so we can play Gabriel – Upamecano – Saliba back 3 but I know it’s unrealistic.

We also will need a forward as well as a creative mid. Laca is likely leaving next season and we either move Auba centrally and get a winger or sign a striker because I don’t see Eddie being anything better than a back up for us. When does Haaland’s release clause become active?
