I think Aouar is out of reach TBH unless something crazy happens I think he’ll go to somewhere better. Coutinho looks to be staging at Barca as well now so we could be in trouble there. I think Partey will still happen after some sales but IDK about an advanced midfielder that we definitely need.

For Chelsea their attack was good last year already it should still be good and I would expect their defence to be better but it could take time to all come together and we all know Chelsea aren’t patient. Haven’t seen enough of Ziyech to say much about him but the talent is there IDK how it’ll all work out, they still need a keeper and IDK what their midfield is going to be/
