Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s best goals for Arsenal

He’s a great player, it’s interesting that none of these goals are actually that good. He doesn’t score after beating 3 men, he doesn’t crack them in from 30 yards, he doesn’t score a lot in the way of stunning volleys. He is just an absolute machine, an incredibly intelligent player, reads the game like few others. In some respects he seems like a striker out of time – he would have thrived 15 years ago, when there were much more pure “poachers” in the world. The fact he has modified his game to the 2020 high pressing, everyone-must-contribute modern game, is almost as impressive as anything else. He still works hard, he isn’t selfish, he’s a leader.
