We’ll see a team that is built around Xhaka as usual that will still play slow, boring possession based football and the outcome of the game will as always depend on whether the opposition set up to beat that. If they play their own game they will lose, if they set up to stop us playing our game they will win as we are not good enough to play against that. Take Brighton who stopped us very effectively in midfield by not allowing our players much space to ge through them and ripped us apart quickly when they got possession and Sheffield who sat back a bit and allowed us some room to knock the ball around sitting off our players a bit more. Both games 1-1 at 90 mins but the result justified as reasonable for the way the game went.
