More coming tomorrow

Season 17/18

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (26) – Played half and half as a starter and a sub for Liverpool on his first season. Been playing as a mid and winger. Second season he was almost out the whole season. Haven’t played as much this season, been ok.

Alexis Sanchez (31) – What can you say? Amazingly terrible for United, had his “dream come true”, best performance on a piano and a humongous salary. Is on loan with Inter, started well for them and got injured. Started to play for them again and was doing ok right before the season stopped

Theo Walcott (31) – Been struggling to make his mark for Everton, mostly played as a right winger. Hasn’t been scoring and assisting as much as they hoped for. Been talks that Everton might want to sell during the summer

Olivier Giroud (33) – Mostly been used as a backup and a sub for Chelsea. Top scorer in Europe League last season when they unfortunately beat us in the final. Played more in the last months since Abraham and Batshuayi form has been weak

Francis Coquelin (28) – Seems to have been doing ok. Played as a CB at times since Valencia had a lot of injuries in that position. Struggled bit with injures himself at times

Gabriel Paulista (29) – Went straight in as a starter and formed a strong partnership with Garay at Valencia. Had some injuries, but the most reliable of their CB’s

Wojciech Szczesny (29) – One of the best keepers in the league and have taken over for Buffon at Juventus. Solid for the Old Lady, won the league 3 times in a row. Bought for a bargain

Kieran Gibbs (30) – Played most of the matches for West Brom when they got relegated in his first season. Did really well the next season and played almost every league game, scored 4 and assisted 4. Unfortunately had a lot of injuries this season, only a few months left on his contract and his future is uncertain with West Brom

Mathieu Debuchy (34) – Been playing really well for Saint-Etienne when he is injury free. Playing as a right back and wing back, scored an impressive 9 goals in 3 seasons. Haven’t had the best season this season, but neither have the whole team

Yaya Sanogo (27) – Started his season ok with 6 goals as a starter and a sub. Been going down since then, would most likely not play if they could afford a better striker. Is 18 point behind a safe place in the league

Ismael Bennacer (22) – Did well for Empoli and quickly became a starter for the Serie B side, after the promotion to Serie A he played almost every game for Empoli and did well. He was an important figure for Algeria when they won the African Cup and he had the assist for the only goal in the final. He quickly got noticed by bigger clubs and ended up in AC Milan where he has played most games for them as a starter
