He is the real deal and should have started.

Fact is I don’t understand how El Neny got a high score on here after his poor performance. Exactly what El Neny is, a solid sideways passer and hard to take off the ball.

Liverpool know this so they pressed our left side choking Auba out while pressuring Xhaka the most and purposely leaving El Neny with all the space to operate in and what did he do…? 5 out of 7 forward passes and none for an open runner, 13 out of 13 backwards and I believe 9 out of 9 sideways. Xhaka couldn’t cope reason why he was subbed off and Willian was just downright dreadful again in back to back games.

Hopefully lesson learned… top opposition you can’t go in with a midfield that has such a low ceiling which translates in unnecessary pressure on our defense… Ceballos is a must.
