Return of the Arsène Wenger bot : Gunners

I have worked on the return of the Arsène Wenger bot which randomly replies with a Wenger quote.

With /u/lazzday’s bot not working anymore, and a few mentions in this submission, I thought of working on bringing this bot back.

So Curry, how do we call this bot in action?

Just like /u/lazzday’s bot, you can call this bot by writing `papa wengz` in your comments.

Hey Curry, can you add this thing to the bot? Can I code as well?
