This goal is obviously known for Ramsey’s finish, and rightly so, it’s so cooly done. But I love Özil’s pass, too. He sees Ramsey stick his arm out goalwards, sees the space, then manages to fool everyone else into where he’s putting the ball. Look at the very start of the gif; he moves his right leg forward forcefully, like he’s going to shoot, then pulls up at the last second and chips it.

Fun fact about the match: it finished 4-1 to the Arse, and every goal was scored in the first half.
